Starbucks - Montgomery

They have no consistent hours. I have placed an online order and to the srore just to find out that they were completely closed! when ordering through the app, it says they can pick up inside, but when they come into the load, the inner is closed and they must wait in the thru line running gear wrapped around the building. that happened several times. I always say I'm not coming back, but this time I'm really done. I'm going to dieucks in target for better and faster service.

Wish I had read all of the bad reviews before getting stuck in line here. Once you get in line you can 't get out. They don 't seem to care if they get your order right. Asked for a very small splash of cream and I got half the container. Told the drive through person it was too much and their response was just, sorry as they were handing it over. No offer to fix it. Definitely will avoid this place in the future. Waste of time and money.

Drive thru wait time is ridiculously long. Waited for over fifteen minutes in line with just two cars ahead that did not have big orders. Not sure if this location is understaffed, but I never waited so long at other drive thru locations at Starbucks that had more cars ahead. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere .

Literally the worst starbucks in montgomery. Ive waited twenty minutes inside for an online order and they will let you just stand there without asking about your order. Just go to the chantilly starbucks a few minutes away. They are 10x better. I don't know why i keep coming here. I would give zero stars if i could.

So the problem is the drive thru is always extremely busy, no matter what time of day.Also there’s a really nice star bucks in target.. so there isn’t much of a reason to go to this one.. but if you do go to this location.. just go inside it’s faster. Also they are randomly closed when they say their open online because the employees are short staff it seems like at times.
