Bidrage med feedbackI had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The sushi was some of the best I've ever had, but what really stood out was the theme of the restaurant. Everything from the music videos playing on the TV screens to the menu being in a vinyl record case was beautifully executed. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in town.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The sushi was fantastic, especially the Michael Jackson roll and the Head Banger shrimp. I highly recommend this as my go-to combo!
I visited this location a few weeks back and walking through the door I didn't expect much. Still, I was curious and I took a booth near the door. As a disabled person, I would have preferred a table with a pull out chair, but there wasn't one. Luckily the table was movable and accommodated me rather well. My one critique of this visit (and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) is that, even though they were not busy at all, it took a while for my order to be taken. Then once my order was taken, it then took a rather long time for my order to come out. That said, once I did have my order it was really quite good. I ordered 8 pieces of nigiri sushi and an eel roll. The nigiri came out first and I was shocked at how much rice they give you, under what can only be called a slab of fish. I was definitely getting my money's worth. I started on the nigiri and my eel roll came out about 10 minutes later. I'm accustomed to sushi restaurants being not only stingy with the fish, but also the rice. That was definitely not my experience here. Up to this experience, I never thought I would get full eating sushi, but this Rock n Roll Sushi proved that idea very wrong. I would definitely recommend this place, but not if you're in a hurry.
It's so cool here! The detail of their decor is intricate. I didn't understand the name until I walked inside. Rock and roll plays over the dishes and there is a rock and roll them. The menus are disguised as records holders. The menu has some pretty cool original choices. My only complaints are the loud couple who thinks everyone wants to listen to their conversation, and the cleanliness of the restaurant could easily be increased.
Downtown Montgomery, AL location...March 18th , 2021, 5 pm. The best Habachi I’ve had in town. William M in the kitchen was very courteous who assist in preparing our meal. Only 4 stars because we waited at the table for 10 mins to see if the server would bring us silverware for the sushi until we were force to call her out.
