Couldn?t get with them, I called the direct number kept getting hung up on. I drive to the store, meet with the rudest person.Explain the situation. I got ? okay and? We are short staffed I only have one driver.? First of all an apologize would be nice.Another person brought out our pizza that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I refused the order due to it justsitting out, also I had to drive there! I?m not paying a delivery fee for me picking it up. Didn?t offer to remove the deliveryfee, nothing . After I refused and asked for a manger. Informed there is no general manager, no district manager, just a 1800number. This place is run by arrogant teenagers. Will not be back.
The 1 star is for poor management. Once walking up to the door that was locked, with no sign saying drive try only, I was told by another customer that they won?t let people in. He was waiting for his order that he had waited 40+ additional minutes on topof quoted time and was at the door because his order was wrong and didn?t want to get back I. The drive through because it was15 cars deep. I get it. I got in line to get my food and waiting in the drive through for an additional 45 minutes after myquoted that I had arrived at. When I got to the window the food was not ready but the young worker that helped me was veryapologetic and dealt with the pressure of many people yelling at him. I get when a business is understaffed but managementshould have stopped taking orders or let customers pick up their food inside to get through the amount of people that could haveprevented holding up a ridiculous drive through line. Oh, and my pizza was wrong. Thanks.
For your own sanity, don?t order at a possible busy time. The site told us a wait time for our order of 50 minutes. It was actually well over 2 hours since they keep the front door locked and won?t bring your food to you until after you?ve waited inline for 40+ minutes. Not worth the headache, pick somewhere else to order from on a Friday night
I ordered a pizza with a promised time of 6:19. I waited and waited, looked out my door to find the pizza sitting in the freezing cold 37 degree weather. No bell ring, no knock... nothing. I brought in surprise, ice cold. I called to let themknow. Manager refused to send a new pizza, offered only a partial refund and could not manage to tell me his bosses name or howto reach him. All he was interested in telling me was how he could not do anything because, they are on him about thenumbers . So here is a statistic for corporate, you lost a customer today! Keep it up and you will loose your entire business.
Ordered delivery. It never was delivered. Went to the store to find the front door locked and told to go to the drive thru (7:30pm). After two hours from when it was supposed to be delivered, it was still in the building. The guy at the cash registerwould not give it to me. He wanted me to pay for it again and cancel the door dash that he believed was in line waiting. He saidthis happens all the time. Basically, they don?t have delivery drivers and continue to take our orders and money knowing theycan?t deliver on time. Never again! 10 cars in line all with the same issue. I wonder how Marion County Health would feel aboutfood sitting in a warmer that long?
