Buffalo Wild Wings - Montgomery

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I 've ever had at B-Dubs! Julia, the manager who made sure I knew how to spell her name, was without question was unapologetically rude! We drive in from Ohio to celebrate my son, a student at ASU, and grab a bite to eat. At the door, Julia dismissed my party to address some friends of hers, tell them she 's no longer working at this location after tonight then processed to seat the party of 4 when they came in after me. Then, the ordering/ food process was a complete train wreck. Our waitress was all over the place. We decided it would be in our best interest to order our complete orders at once. The tables seated after us were getting food drinks before anyone at our table for served. Once I brought this to Julia 's attention, because she purposely removed herself from the floor but constantly said, it 's only 2 servers when in fact it was more no other servers had upset tables. Julia told me, I 'm not going to go back forth with you about this! Not only was that the icing in the cake for rudeness, but it was dismissive to the customer experience! Especially since my food came out cold once I got it but I still paid for my meal without hesitation.

Went on a Wednesday early evening. Choose the back patio. It was so much Poland we ask the waiter to help wipe down the tables( large party) he brought us A DRY TOWEL! Then ask for him to ASSIST US WIPING DOWN THE TABLES HE BROUGHT US A RED SQUARE BUCKET WITH COLD WATER AND 1 more TOWEL! We cleaned, we swept the floors because of napkins and straw wrappings we ask for a dustpan, he brought one and walked out! Never to assist us. The food was cold fries was hard my burger was DRY! Checking out each one of us had an additional charge for a unknown drink item on our bill which made checking out terrible. He wasn’t friendly and clearly didn’t know how to handle large parties. Never again will I go there!
