Bidrage med feedbackWe were there for New Year’s Eve dinner. We booked 5 days before and asked for the menu since one of us is allergic to some seafood. On the phone they said that there was absolutely no problem, and that we should remind it to the waiter on the night of the dinner. Obviously the waiter didn’t know and the chef wasn’t informed. Part of the menu, that was fixed, no chance to choose, obviously included the seafood of the allergy. The dinner was pointless, dishes were cold, poor in taste, and, some cases, disgusting. At some point they served the same dish for both of us, but I cannot eat it because of the allergy, so they served to me just two slices of foi gras…But the most embarrassing moment was when one of the waiters came bringing the same dish for the second time (with seafood that I was allergic) for both of us. Can you guess with what they changed it? Yes of course another two slices of foi gras! Of course I asked to change my dish with something else and they served me smoked salmon. The atmosphere was cold, the rest of the night was a nightmare, drunk people all around, bad music, and the bill was 271 euros. Each menu was 115€ of course excluding drinks. The only good point was our waiter, understanding and kind, thank you.
We ate at the ANOVA restaurant as we were staying here but weren’t on half board and wanted to try it one night. We had a fondue and a mushroom risotto followed by the ‘snowball’ style tiramisu and passion fruit desert. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and delicious. Service was.very prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!!
Au début, tout semblait bien. Accueil sympathique, cadre agréable, on se disait qu'on allait passer une bonne soirée. L'apéritif est arrivé rapidement. Mais au moment de passer commande, ça s'est compliqué. Le premier plat n'était pas disponible, ni le premier vin (et on a dû demander notre verre non arrivé pour apprendre qu'il n'y en avait plus...), puis le deuxième vin n'était pas disponible non plus. Bon, d'accord. Nous avons pris une entrée pour deux : du foie gras. Mon conjoint a demandé du sel de fleur. Après un temps interminable, la serveuse est finalement arrivée avec du sel rose (le même que celui du moulin à sel sur la table), dans un couvercle en métal (comme un couvercle de bouteille de ketchup). À ce stade, nous avons commencé à penser que la serveuse n'était pas du métier (mais peut-être que même en cuisine, ils ne savent pas ce que cela signifie?). Lors du plat principal, le wok de poulet/bœuf commandé s'est finalement transformé en un plat uniquement au bœuf et très très sucré. Nous avons donc passé notre tour sur le dessert...

We chose the hotel anova a second time for a mountain stay. Every time we come, we are always marvelled by the decoration and view of the rooms. Thank you for hearing his welcome, very professional and listening. The restaurant is absolutely fabulous. the quality service thanks to marco which was very welcoming and with little care. We didn't miss anything thanks to all the staff. we will return with great pleasure and we look forward to coming back.
