Promenade - MONTESILVANO

This hotel was the worst experience I 've ever had in Italy, and probably anywhere. It was a SCAM and I will address all of the different issues I had during my 2 night stay chronologically, and hopefully people read this and think twice before booking a stay at this questionable hotel. Firstly, the hotel is advertised as being 4* superior, now the rooms are everything but superior. Everything is super old and outdated, the carpets are nasty, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, and the pillow was lumpy

We really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Yes, the decor is somewhat set in the 1980s but the room was huge with a great shower room and two small balconies. The hotel has lifts to all floors and we were quite high with super views. There is a private beach and it is sandy with lovely clear, clean water. The location is perfect for walks along the beach and into town. The food during the evening and breakfast was great too. Excellent value for money.

It was a wonderful stay, incredible staffs and luxury. Room. Everyone is so kind and very helpful, we recommand for 200% .

There was a corporate party, I can’t rate the hotel rooms, as they were only in the buffet hall, the hotel is bright, clean, friendly staff. Basically I liked it

I went with my 3 daughters youngest 9 years old. We were told at reception we were being split 3 in one room and one in another. So my eldest girl said she would be on her own 20years old, but we were in two different floors. After we checked in we went up to our room, but to say I was so disappointed was an understatement. It stank of stale cigarettes and was tiny. They had shoved a single bed in a tiny double room. Would not recommend.
