Hotel SAFI - Monterrey

I have been many times to this restaurant and normally I leave satisfied and in good mood, this was not the case in my last visit, we were a group of 4 people having a business breakfast there and it did not work on the food department, I had the ugliest machacado I have had in decades and another people on the table had some eggs which looked terrible. You should go for the buffet, if you order from the menu I do not know what happens in the kitchen but it was a bad rating for this occasion.

Right in the center of everything important in San Pedro, hotel SAFI meets and exceeds all your expectations-and it would do so even in the United States for anyone who has a doubt about México. Wonderful ambiance and a great place for meetings. I had my wedding rehearsal brunch here on a weekday and they were very accommodating. They have a buffet that allows you to try all the dishes you might not find. It is upscale, but definitely worth it if you have a special occasion or a formal meeting. Highly recommended.

If you can afford to stay in tower one it is much nice. I was able to be upgraded to tower one because of an incident in my room. They quickly corrected the issue and upgrade my room and gave me free breakfast for the remainder of my stay. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is happy. The breakfast is great.

What a nice hotel, old yet very weld maintained. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good cooling system. Beautiful lobby, restaurant area. Really nice pool / outside area. Great Service. There is something about the Mexican work force that they are so professional and polite not like a lot of places in the USA. Only issue was the back jets on the whirlpool were not working good no pressure. Other jets ok. Need to fix.. A gem of a hotel if your in this area. Bonus they just opened up the new Metropolitan Center which is attached to this hotel to shop or eat / drink at and there is a mall across the street. Food at hotel is good too.

We went to talk with our daughter who lives there, the place as live music, very fine decorated, and service was excellent, coffee was refill, and atmosphere was excellent to have a nice quiet conversation with our daughter.
