From bad to worse. In recent years there has been an inexorable fall to the bottom, from the limited quantity of ingredients and the scarcity of seasonings on each pizza, to the constant disservices. Once the drink is forgotten, once the pizza arrives cold because it wanders around the city for half an hour, once the requested change is not carried out, then the ingredients are forgotten etc... This evening the final straw, with 40 minutes late, we were given an order of 2 pizzas, one of which was wrong, because the deliveryman had reversed the pizzas with the previous delivery. We arm ourselves with patience for the umpteenth time, now at 10.00 pm and call the Monterotondo office. We are told, without even many apologies, that they cannot do anything, and I quote verbatim we have run out of dough and the delivery boys are going home . To our question, is one of us left without dinner (since he can 't eat one of the ingredients on the wrong pizza)? The answer was yes. Without words we hang up the phone. Eager to carry out promotions, small-scale marketing and surveys, customers run away because there is now little or nothing good left, not even respect for long-term customers. The time has come for us too to finally put a stop to it. What a disappointment!
