Starbucks - Monterey

Good coffee and prices, friendly service yet a bit slow to arrive.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning...only one lady working, but she was a total professional. Kind and happy. She works with greater efficiency than four people at many other locations. Well done!!

I just went in to get a Refill Coffee the staff is young very few customers at 11:00 am staff cleaning equipment not very friendly all the comfortable lounge chairs removed all wooden chairs to make sure you don't wanna squat their forever.lol. Is ok geared for the Tourists mostly being in downtown Monterey.

The workers are all new barely know anything and they take forever to make your drink. They do not fill your drink if you order no ice even though I paid extra for it.
