Starbucks - Monterey

I always stop here on my way to visit my father in PG. The staff is always incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back again.

If you're looking for good coffee, don't come here. They either serve a cup of ice with a tiny amount of coffee or what seems like milk with sugar. I've never had a good experience with their coffee. Now I prefer going to a café in Pacific Grove. This place always has new staff, so the drinks are never consistent.

Last night, the waitress from Florida provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 15 years of dining out. She was very informative about my affogato dessert. I am very grateful for her excellent customer service.

It said they were open, but when we got the door, the manager said they were closed early for lack of customers so we had to go somewhere else.

Outdoor benchs. Small drive through lead to multiple beeping cars as we had coffee. Otherwise enjoy able
