Starbucks - Monterey

This Starbucks is located in a typical outdoor mall setting. The staff seem too busy to provide good customer service.

Disgusting. The floors, tables, and especially the restrooms were all filthy. The restroom was clearly neglected and the entire restaurant seemed to have been ignored by cleaning staff for days.

Slow service even if you order ahead in the morning. Doesn't ask anyone thats standing around what was their order even if you've been standing there for about 5-10 min waiting for your mobile order.

I was at the mall today and figured I would come here for my afternoon coffee. The coffee was hot and the barrista was friendly. There was a wait of about 3 minutes, which is totally u derstandable at a busy location like this one. They were out of milk,unfortunately at the coffee bar. I was going to flag down a barrista to get more but they were all very busy and I didn't want to bother them. I would come back here again if I was at the mall.

Only note is the volume! Hard to work here, even with noise cancelling headphones.If you’re not trying to get work done, great for a social coffee date ??
