Pinkberry - Monterey

I liked this Pinkberry location! It is next to the aquarium, so it is a good place to get some sugar after all this on foot. The woman who helped me was all smiles, and put a good amount of blows on my chocolate fro-yo. I have it with strawberries, cheesecake and cake crust crumbs. It felt like eating a cake a la fashion. There is a decent amount of seating. The seating area is somewhat dirty from all traffic and probably age. My sister and I shared a medium in the pick-up/drop-off area outside the aquarium. It was enough to satisfy our sweet tooth.

Unlike the pinkberries I've been to on the east coast, this is not self serve, but good nonetheless. Fewer flavors, but all good.

Why aren't you open during dessert time? I mean, if you're a business and there are plenty of people willing to work...It would make sense to be open. I'm bummed. Oh well.

The staff were really nice. When I visited, a family was ahead of me in line ordering about four to six cups. The woman at the counter gave the man in front of me a complimentary ice cream, which surprised me—I actually admired him for it! Haha. But then she also said, "It's free, thank you for your patience!" I had only been waiting a few minutes! I was so pleased, and the frozen yogurt was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

I had a fantastic experience at the frozen yogurt shop! The frozen yogurt was incredibly delicious, especially Pinkberry's tart flavor, which I think is the best. The staff member at the counter was very friendly and generously topped our yogurt with fresh fruit slices. My only issue was that the seating area had quite a few flies.
