Sunright Tea Studio Monterey Park

This is my brother's favorite boba tea place, as of now. He always gets the classic fruit tea with 50% or 75% sugar level. It's very refreshing and more orange-y in taste compared to the fruit tea in Yifang. Both fruit teas are very delicious. Part of my family like Sunright better and the others like Yifang better, and it's all about personal preference. We always visit this place at least once whenever we visit Los Angeles. My brother also claims that each Sunright Tea Studio is a little different and he says this one is one of the better ones. :

Basically what I expect from a typical Sunright. All follows a good standard of quality.

I'm going to give it a 5 star review only because the customer service I've received from my complaint. I've been going to the Sunright in Irvine since I was attending UCI. I was never disappointed when I went there. However, this was the first time I was so disappointed at the drink. The chocolate matcha latte had no matcha on the top, and the pumpkin spice latte was so gross that my friend threw up drinking it. I don't know if it was the drink or if there was something my friend was allergic to, but it would be nice if someone said anything before the drink being consumed. You can't blame to customer for not doing the quality check you should do at a store that serves boba drinks. I trusted the quality Sunright have set in the past, and I have high standards on the quality that should be provided for a 5-6$ drink. I appreciate whoever helped me last night that remade my drink. But Sunright, do better. Please stop disappointing your customers. The environment was nice. I frequent this store due to the fast service after each order, but I was extremely disappointed at the quality of my drinks in the afternoon.

Packed with people but has the same great taste whenever I get my mango frostie! No complaints on my end.
