Costco Food Court - Monterey Park

Terrible customer service today. I had an encounter with a rude staff at the Food Court called Elena. Proposal; if you don't like your job, you might want to look for another. She has an evil attitude and a lack of respect for customers. Waiting time is ridiculous. They said it was a 15-minute waiting time and it turned into an hour.

Only members. Costco food dish is amazing Too bad it is almost always around to close the lunchtime. After check-out lines, the kiosks are located in the building. The workers probably think they are low-quality food service workers for the company, but I think their work is one of the most important attractions for Costco. Why else would the company be willing to take a loss for any sale that happens there?

The food court is only open to Costco members now. This means that the lines are shorter. There is also the addition of kiosk ordering, which means you can order a few pizzas, do your shopping or get gas and come to pick up your order by number. I do not like that there are only two pizza topping choices (cheese and pepperoni). I hope the topping is determined by location and sales. The drink tops seem to be more flimsy; then again, maybe I just received a bad one. The frozen yogurt is gone; there's only plain ice cream left.

Customer service from girl, horrible, if you don't like your job, get another one, or leave your attitude at home, the kids of entitlement are worthless. Hot was broken when opened the bun, no onions either. Now I know why I usually go to Sam's Club.

Pizza tastes really good, the hot dog and soda combo is unbeatable! Everything else is good as well, especially the prices. Costco always required membership for the food, they just didn't enforce it. However, when they started enforcing it, it was on the news and I saw it on Facebook, it was a big deal, so don't go without it.
