I was very surprised to find such a tasty meal in such a peculiar place. Very rich food at an excellent price

Ricardo and Alida are so friendly and hospitable. I lived in Mexico (Quintana Roo) and visited several places in Mexico, but had to come to the Dominican Republic for the best and most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried. Ricardos Tacos alone are worth the visit, but everything is excellent. Also try Alidas Piña Colada. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Ok, to be real, this is a rustic little family Resturaunt, ambience pleasant on the third story roof (entry outside stairs on the side of Vimenca building, no signs) Mexican food authentic and very good. Ricardo was very accommodating, Tacos and Ceviche were excellent. Remember I said it was rustic not elegant, very reasonable prices and friendly people, short drive from Puerto Plata.

Great traditional Mexican cuisine! Let the tacos die!
