Kentucky Fried Chicken - Montego Bay

For a KFC, it was surprisingly good! The chicken wasn’t overly greasy, the fries were crispy, and the coleslaw was delicious. My order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. However, the tables could have been cleaned between customers, but I didn't see any employees around to do that.

Although the lines were long (took me more than an hour to get inside), the service was good and the food did not disappoint. They initially got my order wrong but were good about correcting it quickly.

Long lines and long wait time...if you're really hungry or want food on time...this is not the place to go...very HORRIBLE customer service! Wait for food for over an hour to not get what you ordered only to be told that what you ordered is out...then get an attitude from the workers...horrible crowd...did I mention POOR HORRIBLE DISTASTEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

The customer service here has always been good during my visits; I've never encountered any issues with poor service. My only complaint, which happened just once, was that my order took too long to arrive. Others who arrived after me were served before me. However, despite that incident, I find the overall service to be excellent. Even with the lines, I am always willing to wait.

This restaurant is so much better over the years, especially after trying Jamaican KFC – it really stands out! The chicken is always sweet and juicy. The service is quick, with minimal wait times, and they have excellent COVID-19 protocols in place. I highly recommend this place!
