The Chicken Bowl - Montebello

I discovered this corner spot while driving and thought, "Why not give it a try?" I was looking for some protein. The prices are great, and the portions are huge! The skinless chicken was delicious, and the teriyaki sauce was not too sweet, while the miso sauce was outstanding. I really appreciated the affordable prices, especially considering the current economy. I also added avocado and Asian slaw, which enhanced the flavor of the bowl. I love chicken bowls, and this has to be one of the best I've had in quite some time! My order was ready in just about five minutes. I wish they had more locations! Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Tasty, fast, and healthy! The staff are exceptionally friendly, and it's clear they have a loyal customer base. You place your order at the front, and your food is ready in just 5-10 minutes. I noticed that many customers choose to order ahead as well. I tried the regular chicken bowl, adding some spice and topping it with Asian slaw. It’s a fantastic option for a weekday meal if you don’t feel like cooking but want something nutritious. The portion was huge, and I saved half for later. I can’t wait to return and sample their other offerings!

Yesterday, I found myself in the neighborhood with a craving for a chicken beef bowl and stumbled upon this little spot. I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious! The guy at the counter treated every customer like a friend, providing excellent service. While it’s not a large place, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I tried the beef bulgogi with white rice and broccoli; it was only $13 and tasted amazing. The portion was pretty generous, to the point where I felt completely stuffed after finishing the whole dish. If you live nearby or are just visiting, this is definitely a place you should check out. The food was simply impeccable!

The teriyaki bowls here are非常 delicious and fresh. I usually place my order in advance, pick it up, and I'm out the door in no time. It's a fantastic spot!

We love a good family owned business! Stopped here for a quick lunch togo and seemed like it was run by a Korean family which i LOVE to support. Their chicken bowls are simple and very good priced. Got their spicy chicken bowl and the meat was tender and the chicken was not heavily sauced but still had a nice kick at the end. Drizzle some of that house teriyaki sauce and its a solid lunch! Service was great as well. Will definitely come back~thank you!
