Little Napoli - Monte Verde St, Carmel

Terrible and very slow service. At least with the waitress we had. Waited a very long time to be served/orders taken and then waiter did not bring out bread and had to ask for bread at an Italian restaurant and then she forgot to bring it or ignored us. Very bad service. Food portions are very small for price but decent Italian fare. Nothing spectacular. Coming from Chicago we are used to excellent Italian food and big generous portions. Would not go back here expected a better experience overall. Would def not go back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: We (2 people) were added to the waitlist. We were told wait time 5-10mins. We waited for 20+mins only to see they were letting 2 other parties of 2 without reservation ahead of us. On checking they said oh yeah, was about to text you etc We left. We didn't want to eat at a restaurant that doesn't value their customers. P.S: it was my birthday lunch.

Little Napoli Restaurant at Carmel -By-The-Sea, the place was beautiful, the people that work there were very welcoming and the food was delicious!! The Lasagna was the most delicious I ever had. The brownie was very tasty, I wish I would had more! I strongly recommend this restaurant for your next visit to Carmel.

All 4 of these categories are off the chart at Little Napoli. We go there at lease every other week and are never disappointed. We love the outside dining area as it is perfect in the Carmel summer months.
