This little shop is one of the best secrets in Lucca. We ordered fresh salads and they were incredible. Fresh spinach,, fresh fruit, avocado, feta, chick peas. The sandwiches were amazing as well. The locals keep this place busy, so be patient the owner runs the shop herself and everything is made fresh.

Love that this place is open all afternoon until 7 PM, so no worries about missing the lunch hours as with other restaurants. A few places to sit inside or outside, which are enough except when it gets really busy. Easy walk to the city wall where there are many shaded benches, so you could eat there if necessary. Two smoothies and spinach salad were excellent! Vegetarian and vegan options, and also an assortment of packaged breads and crackers and cookies (some gluten-free) for sale. The young man working through the rush was unfailingly polite and professional when he was under a lot of pressure. Highly recommended for a change of pace from pizza and pasta!

Yummy juices and vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast or a snack. Good, quick service. Would definitely recommend.
