Red Lobster - Montclair

I had an amazing time at Red lobster today! Our waitress was Jessica and she was so sweet and funny! She made a lot of jokes and was very energetic! She made my experience 10 times better!

They are so nice here! The food is great! But we waited almost 40 min to get our order taken, and our servers' attention was scarce. He was a lovely young man and maybe he was just busy. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Hoping for better service next time.

After years of not coming the first time I come back to try the all you can eat shrimp I have to wait a hour to get my meal and when I finish no one to take my order for refill and when I don't want to make my other person wait as they already finished there meal I get the check and I was gonna get charged for something I was able to enjoy they had a option for pick 3 and I was surprised they didn't give me that I would of loved to have all you can eat but when the dinning room area wasn't even full an hour just to get shrimp was disappointing first time I left a restaurant hungry

I've been to Red Lobster 3 times now. First 2 times was a while ago and did not like it at all. I decided to go again to see if maybe things have changed. Sadly, it hasn't. Food is not good at all, both lobster tails were way overcooked and tasted horrible, we spent alot of money, inside looks empty and not homey, we waited for so long for our food and they kept on forgetting stuff. I didnt get part of my order until right before we left and so I had to box it to go. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Excellent pleasant and romantic moment, the employees are very kind and gentlemanly, I recommend it.....
