Mcdonald's - Montclair

I live just a minute away from this place and I always see everyone who orders from the drive-thru parked in their designated spots. I understand why they do that—it gives the impression that the service is quick. However, the food here is consistently hit or miss, and it frustrates me. I've been coming here since they opened and my experiences have always been subpar. I've tried talking to the staff, but they don't seem to care. I'm not asking for much; I just want my food to be hot and ready when I order. I'm willing to wait, but it’s disappointing to receive food that isn't hot after the wait.

I experienced poor service as no one was available to assist us; the staff seemed to ignore the people waiting in line. Additionally, I noticed bed bugs, which is quite concerning.

Staff was friendly, pretty clean lobby, there did seem to be several homeless hanging inside and outside. Additionally I ordered 2 large combos, you would expect fries to be full not just get a large box, they were also old, cheeseburgers and fishsandwich were decent.

I visited this location for the first time, and I found it to be quite nice, with a quick-moving line. However, I wasn't comfortable with the presence of homeless individuals asking for food at the drive-thru. When I ordered chicken nuggets, they didn't ask what sauce I wanted, opting for BBQ by default, which wasn't what I had in mind. On a positive note, I really enjoyed their mocha, so I would consider returning to this location in the future.

I received excellent service through the drive thru. Sidel was very polite, friendly, and took time to get my complicated order correct. The young lady that made my iced coffee was so sweet as well. You can tell she took her time to make it right. She toldme I hope you like it with a big smile on her face. This excellent service made my day!
