We're going to this brewery for these pizzas all wearing a grapefruit name! Too bad the mozza is replaced by ementhal, it is more fat on melting, however they are good. The map lacks some wealth outside pizza. A small selection of salads less focused on meat or charcuterie would be welcome, especially in the summer. The cook tries to be inventive on desserts with more or less success, I would not blame him for that on the contrary.
