Superb setting and super concept for children who can have fun in close range correct but without more! on the other hand very average reception and we are quickly made to feel that we need to eat and leave quickly storage of the terrace while the guests are still at table at 9:30 !!! not very correct and embarrassing for us ! Too bad because we could still have had a last drink!!!!
Having contributed to the animation, the table and the meal were reserved for us for 9 pm.Arrived at 8:45 pm. We're told we'll get a menu. Either 1h waiting for a tomato in washers each (and without bread that arrives only after the entrances and after going to claim it). Still 30 minutes waiting for the main dish.3 different waitress to replace during the cigarette breaks."-You ordered a dessert -?ben. we took a menu-. ah. I'll ask myself "Ni the dessert, nor the information come back half an hour after.At 23h, nothing happens, we leave without dessert, or even without knowing whether there was to be a good coffee...
Waiting times out of the ordinary without a nice little word to make patient! Service is not up to the level, staff is not coming and does not even apologize when they forget something. We waited for the bread indefinitely while in any restaurant that respects it is what we serve first to make patient. cherry on the cake (which we did not have the courage to wait) management does not accept the reproaches! so no question of planned. Run!
Unless you want to wait more than 1h15 to have a dish that takes 5 min to do! We forget you, or even you don't know, waitresses are overwhelmed, it's never the same one who deals with you, and there's no communication between them. When one spends the evening running after his kid, the other takes a break under the nose of the customers who are waiting. and don't tell them anything, especially! otherwise you will deal with the kind manager like a prison door that advances arguments that do not hold the road, aggressive and threatening further! An example? 11 people order the same menu, but some must pay 15 € and others 16,50 €! Look for the mistake. In short, a team that broke through its blatant incompetence. a tip: go buy a sandwich 10 m further, at least you will not be disappointed!
