Rick's Crabby Cowboy Cafe - MONTAUK

We arrived right when the restaurant opened for lunch. I really love their selection of tap beers, especially the local Montauk cans. My husband ordered a frozen drink, which he said was really good. The Eckfritters are absolutely incredible! We also tried the pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches, and they were delicious. I wish we had more time to come back to enjoy the outdoor area and the bar in the evening. I noticed they had adorable S'more Boxes and S'more Kits for sale. The waitstaff was very attentive, and I think the owner stopped by to check on us several times. Overall, it's a nice hidden gem, and we would definitely return!

This was our first visit, and we will definitely return. I ordered the lobster baker, while my wife had the crab-bone baker. Initially, we thought it was a bit pricey, especially for Montauk, but once the dishes arrived, the price became a non-issue. The food and portion sizes were excellent. We received great service from a lovely girl from Ireland, as well as from Rick and his father. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience. Five stars! We look forward to coming back.
