Bidrage med feedbackOn July 7, I went to buy eight pizzas. At first the seller told me to have only 5 of them, but she went to find out and came back telling me that finally it was good. So I chose my 8 pizzas and paid them. I waited for the cooking to be over and another seller came to see me saying that finally there were only 4 of what I had chosen which were available. She offered me more, but I didn't like the filling. I asked for a refund of the 4 unavailable pizzas. She explained to me that it was the seat that made the refunds so she took my coordinates. We are 30/07/21 and I still have no news! I went back to claim, but I couldn't see the person in charge who was only there in the morning... she didn't even bother calling me. We can't reach them by phone! It's a shame!
Arrived at Rush time to order my lunch, I already realize that the rules of hygiene and distancing are far from being respected. 12 persons in the establishment, while the security rules require a maximum of 6 persons. Everyone touches almost in the queue. It doesn't seem to shock the staff! When my turn arrives I am welcomed on the fly by an angry and outdated merchant. I politely ask her a drink a dessert and two mountaineers (Burgers). On the rules, she gives me a pocket with a ham cheese sandwich!? I told her that she was wrong and there she literally attacked me and told me that it's up to me to watch that she doesn't do anything stupid by taking the products! When I finally get my lunch is by throwing my pocket on the counter with a good day! Ice. This attitude is completely unacceptable to a merchant. I will no longer put my feet in an institution Marie-Blachère. Too bad because I was a loyal client, and I have lunch every noon in the area.
Coming in the morning to buy some pastries with my husband, we found not for the first time a manager who speaks to other employees as less than anything in front of these customers we were served with contempt or goodbye! It is a shame for a varied bakery with good products. Certe we have to train these fellow employees but a certain respect for them and the customers and the bet!
