Tim Hortons - Montague

As any Tim's establishment, it has its ups and downs lol. This particular one has had a good track record for food. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that haha. This particular location is horrible for early morning/lunch/supper because it has a short area to line up and people end up along the side of the road, which is super annoying to other traffic. A design flaw for sure, wish they would do something to fix it!Parking: There are parking spaces on each side of the building, in front and along the back left corner too!Kid-friendliness: Wendy's attached

I’ve been to Tim’s Montague many times before and had no issues everything was great. But today I went in to the drive-through and I asked for an iced Capp made with almond milk because I can’t have dairy. And they gave me an iced Capp made with whip cream and milk and they told me it was made with almond milk. Then I went back I went inside this time and ask them to remake me an ice cap with almond milk and I pacifically said almond milk and they gave me an ice cap with milk. With someone who has dietary needs and the workers just playing off their mistakes so they don’t have to remake something is outrageous.

I ordered roast beef and got chicken. What more can I say. The chicken was okay but it didn't taste like roast

First time going to this location as i'm from out of town , food was ok . They did not get the order Completely correct. Felt rushed and found it hard to understand the person on the speaker. Also the chocolate on my boston cream Donut was stuck to the bag. Overall disappointed.

My grandaughter loves Tim Hortons. She all the time wants to go there.
