Bidrage med feedbackNot to recognize that they were unable to serve after a certain time, my husband bought a can of beer. When he was asked for a paper bag because we went for a walk, he was told that they had no one. My adult daughters and I used the rest rooms and when we came out, decided to sit for a bit as other customers enjoy their beer. It was a hot day outside and very comfortable inside. Without thinking, my husband began to crack his beer when one of the guys there worked FLYING over put his hand on the top of my husband's beer and pushed the tab down. He told me rudely that you can't open it! We were so caught by the guard that we just got up and got out. Well, my husband had an open container and was out; without any other choice, he had to pour out his beer before we could go back. It was an expensive beer without drinking. And who wants to drink a beer after a stranger put his hands on the top of your beer? Very disappointed because this was NOT our first time there and we had bought them in the past and also told our friends, but now...we are telling this story and will NOT visit this facility! The rules should have been better explained and this guy was totally out of control as he treated it! If he hadn't been so rude, I wouldn't have touched my husband's beer, and if the rules hadn't been so vague, we could have understood and gone there. By the way... it was Father's Day weekend!
Excellent beers! The brewery is located in a cool old industrial space. Flights, pourers and cans to choose interesting styles (not only IPAs) tables to sit and hang out, and you can bring your own snacks / food.
This place is tucked away in an old mill town in Western Massachusetts. Luckily I grew up near there and was able to find this gem. I consider myself a beer connoisseur and I have tried many of the top beers in the US. In Absentia is the New England Style IPA that I am raving about, but all of the beers were very good. I can 't say that about any other brewery I have been to. It is dog friendly and you can bring your own food. The hours are limited and they have started offering cans to go. Enjoy!!
Small brewery...fantastic beers. Think Treehouse without the lines. If you appreciate top notch craft beer, then this is a must stop. Every time I travel between Albany and Boston I have to stop by.. the beer is that good! I wish they were closer to my home.
Brick and Feather doesn't have expansive hours, but it is worth planning your trip so you'll have a chance to stop in. The beer is delicious, the staff is great and the atmosphere and bright and fun. We were thrilled to visit and cannot wait to return!
