Dunkin' - Monson

Don't know why but I gave a five dollar tip for a 2.60 coffee. Sometimes a pleasant smile and greeting will change your entire day around. So much that you will go back to the full service gas station down the rode and go to give them the 10 Dunkin giftcard you just got to thank them for cleaning your wiper blades, but they barely acknowledge you or remembered even though youalready tipped them five right before the Dunkin visit but they were the complete opposite of what that lady was so you saidthanks and gave nothing cause they are that unsocial. Moral of the story Dunkin Yes, Gas station on the left right before it,if your heading east ish NO.

Just really terrible service. Although multiple people were working there, nobody came up for 5 minutes, they didn't inform me they couldn't support my order when I ordered it and then left the drink next to the drive through window for 5 minutes while Iwas waiting with my kids. Really disappointing since Dunkin typically focuses on good customer service.

I never taste the same flavor in my coffee every morning. Can they explain why?

I would like to say that last Friday morning, we had the best breakfast sandwiches ever at a Dunkin' Donuts out of all the ones we have tried. You all do a great job there, and we wish we lived closer. Thank you.
