Red Lobster Monrovia

I am still love red lobster I will never go to the Monrovia site! I've been going to rl for decades! I still love eating. I'm going back to the puente hills. I stopped going to ph because I'm pulled and the next one is in monrovia now. I went a few times and the service is always bad, but eating is incredible. - what's going on? I had saved enough points at rl to fall where they would go in two! I ordered the endless garnels. it took a little over 30 minutes to get the food that doesn't matter to me. there weren't many people in there, but I understand. Eating can take up to 30 minutes. during the waiting period, the waitress comes by to say that she is in the break and there is now a new waitress until she returns. well, eat finally, but don't cry. I waited 30 minutes. Eating is all done. I want to garnish my second round and a refill on soda. she comes after 30 minutes to see how I do it. I ask for another order of garnel, a soda refill, and if I can finally get my order of cookies. 30 minutes waiting and out comes the garnel. I sit here for an hour and 30 mintues already! I asked her about a box so I can go on living with my life again. She says okay and goes away. 15 minutes later she comes back, sees me sitting there, takes two steps to the left of me, where is a cabinet and pulls out a box. the box was the thing. Why didn't you just pull it out when I asked? I have the kist and two orders of cocos yarns now. I take a bite from this freshly brought garnel and it is almost completely raw inside. the dough is melted. they have thrown it into the frittier only for a few seconds to give it the look of the finished garnelen, but it is slippery and white inside! disgusting! I don't want to deal with her anymore, so I paid for the dirty machine they had on the tables. I have earned enough points

This was the first time we have not had good service at this location. The electronic kiosk was not at our table (waiter later told us the battery was dead), but there were some other tables that didn't have one either. Took a while for waiter to take our order. Told us they didn't have honey mustard dressing, but then brought it with the salad. Biscuits came out after we had completed our salads. When we had not seen our waiter for quite some time, we asked another server for a refill on ice tea. They seemed perturbed that we were asking them, and then only brought one tea refill, and not the second one. Waiter acted like he did not want us to order dessert. Other tables were also having trouble getting the attention of the waiter. Waiters seemed preoccupied with the register. Don't know if it was not working right, or hardly any of them knew how to operate it. We will be back because we like this location, but this visit was not typical to what we have experienced in the past. Hopefully is not a sign of things to come.

We came back for Kiki the server she’s excellent but overall this time our drinks were very late coming to table salads came after d meal nd food quality was ok but not exceptional they need more staff in bar area our sweet server was running around pleasing all her customers we will come back for Kiki she’s excellent !!

Descent standard American Chain Restaurant focused on Seafood. Red Lobster remains our go-to if all of us are in the mood for seafood. If you work the menu and the current specials you get plenty of well prepared dishes for a reasonable price.

Amazing. The food was delicious. Only the complaint of the steak was very pink on the inside.
