Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Monrovia

The food at Fat-burger is AMAZING, so I'm not talking about the food here. And I haven't ever had this experience at any of the other Fat Burger locations. I have never been treated so rudely at a fast food place! We even gave this location 3 tries. The first time the server ignored us and when he finally asked for our order, we could barely hear what he said.The 2nd time, our order was completely wrong and when we asked for the correct food, we were told that we ordered that. We had the receipt so they had to fix it.Today we went in and the guy at the counter was on the phone. He didn't even acknowledge us, and the 2 cooks in the back were just talking and joking with each other. After waiting a few minutes and still not being acknowledged, we just left. We won't ever be going back to this location! Go to the one by PCC!!!

As I was ordering, my daughter asked to use their bathroom facility . However , I was immediately told we couldn 't use their bathrooms, until we completed our orders. The cashier was extremely rude, and kept yelling, My store ... my rules! When I asked to speak to his manager, he laughed and stated he was the manager, and stated his name was Moises. When I asked manager Moises for the corporate number to file a complaint , the so called manager refused to give me the telephone number insisting I could Google it) it wasn 't until after the 9th or 10th request that manager Moises gave me the corporate number, as he continued his immature chant My store. My rules! Ironically, my daughter and I cancelled our order, and patronized a neighboring restaurant who had no problem allowing us and other customers to use their bathroom, before ordering . Meanwhile, myself and another customer I shared our appalling experience with , noticed manager Moises allow 3 other customers to use their bathroom BEFORE ordering ... none were people of color . It 's clear that the store manager not only has poor customer service, and is racist, but that the franchise owner hires shady managers. Now I know why this restaurant location is always extremely slow in business, and the food doesn 't taste as well at the other locations the management is apparently allowed to practice racism, discrimination, and poor customer service. Do NOT patronize this business !!!!

Place smelled like sewer. The workers were so upset about everything. We ordered gluten free bread, paid for it, and then we're told after there was no gluten free bread. So we asked to just have it in lettuce and just a refund of the bread (1.50$ . This was a huge deal I guess since everyone was miserable.Workers were pretty hostile to each other. The worker wanted to get to the register and the two male workers wouldn't let her through and rolled their eyes when she said excuses me.Anyways, food was not worth the experience. Just a plain burger.

Cashier had attitude. Never asked skinny or fat frys and mumbled alot. Shorted me an order of frys. She found her voice when my daughter attempted to use bathroom to clean up from their ice cream cookie desert. "Bathroom is closed!! I cleaned it already!! "Not coming back here.
