Bidrage med feedback**Service:** The service we experienced was the strangest I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Upon entering, the guy at the hostess stand was wearing a hoodie and casually leaning against the stand, chatting with a friend. I initially thought they were patrons until he asked if it was just the two of us. Then, his friend—also in a hoodie and carrying a backpack—led us to our table. Our server looked more like an employee, but the overall vibe was still odd. When she approached our table to take our order, she unexpectedly pulled out a chair and sat down with us, which felt really strange. Additionally, the music was excessively loud, making it difficult for us to hold a casual conversation. **Food:** We ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and they were good—no complaints there. However, both the burgers and fries left much to be desired. The burgers were barely warm, and the fries were simply cold—there was no attempt to even serve them warm. We had to wait a while for our server to check on us so we could request hot fries. At one point, I overheard her yelling at the cook about the cold fries, which was somewhat unsettling. By the time we finally got the hot fries (which were indeed hot), I was nearly finished with my hamburger. My child only managed to eat half of hers because it was lukewarm and she didn't enjoy it. Ultimately, we left quite a bit of food on the table when we left. It will be a long time, or possibly never, before we consider returning to this Red Robin.
Red Robin, yum! Everything was fantastic—service, food, and atmosphere. We celebrated my wife's birthday there, and her burger was complimentary thanks to the Red Robin Rewards program. What a nice bonus! Our server, Molly, was outstanding—quick, friendly, and efficient, just what you hope for. The kids enjoyed the root beer floats and the bottomless fries. Next time, we plan to try their pizza. Stay safe!
We visited for lunch on Sunday, and it was our first time coming as a family. We live locally and have dined here as adults, but this was our first experience bringing the kids. They did quite well! They enjoyed the corn dog bites and steak fries, although we wish they offered traditional fries, as they would have preferred those. The kids weren't fans of the mac and cheese, finding it too cheesy, and since they’re used to Kraft mac and cheese, the richer version here wasn’t to their taste. However, they really liked the chicken tenders. I had the barbecue chicken pizza, which was tasty, and my wife also had a delicious meal, though I can't recall what she ordered. Our server, a college student, was very friendly and did an excellent job! The atmosphere was pleasant, with minimal distractions. We hope to come back soon!
We returned because the pizza and fries are good. The pizza and fries are good ! We decided to try the Fondue to dip our fries. Do NOT order the cheese and bacon fondue! We excepted it to be cheesy like most fondues instead we found it a water cheese mess. Our server was ver pleasant and friendly, the serves was great! I will return for the pizza and fries ONLY Can't recommend but to each their own
This entire experience was just bizarre. I ended up here after trying to go to Coast Main, which is apparently closed on Mondays all of the sudden. When I walked in, I was greeted at the host stand. I was by myself, so I asked to just sit at bar. That gave her a moment of pause, but she led me to the bar, which was completely empty, half dark, and not exclusively staffed. I will say that the two ladies that waited on me were super friendly, but it was just such a weird experience. I ordered a glass of white wine and then went about looking at the menu. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted her pulling a bottle down off of a shelf like she was going to serve it room temp. I interrupted that process and said if it wasn't chilled, I didn't want it and stuck with water, which she gave me. The other server dropped another water too with a comment that she forgot you can get water behind the bar. Weird. They eventually found some chilled wine, but it tasted like it had been opened for way too long and I didn't drink most of it. It wasn't on my bill, though, so I didn't say anything. I ended up ordering the whiskey river chicken wrap. I should have gone with a burger. The chicken wrap came out in about two minutes. I appreciate the speed, but there's no way they could have made fresh chicken in that time. Indeed, it tasted pre cooked and rewarmed, with a soggy texture that really was not appealing at all. In addition, the wrap was clunky and uneven. It was fat and short, and then cut on a bias all of which made it messy to eat. And because of the way it was wrapped, I ended up with uneven bites all chicken in one, all toppings in the next, then a wad of wrap, etc. I ate it because I was hungry, but it wasn't good. The check came out quickly too again, the service, while a little strange overall, was at least friendly and attentive. The pay kiosk things in the bar didn't work, but she took the card for me quickly as well. I'm not sure what is going on there, but it just seemed really unorganized to me.
