Wendy's - Monroe

Don’t bother placing an online order, they will take care of everyone who ordered through them (even after we arrived) and make you wait 25 minutes for 2 meals. And then when you question where your food is they are extremely rude. The guy threw it on the counter and didn’t say a word. This is why the Monroe Street one is better by a mile! You will actually get taken care of there with great customer service!

This is our favorite wendys! Yea we have had issues but Maybe 1 out of 10. The dinner time managers are awesome!

Had to wait for Uber order. Could have had 2 registers open. Double filled our order.

Burger was fresh and good. Fries were OK, tou could tell that had been sitting a few minutes but overall a good

I’m a Wendy’s eater, but after visiting this store I will never visit another one. I ordered a ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwich. After waiting 30mins in the drive thru for food. Well later yesterday evening until early this morning, I was stuck in the bathroom with food poisoning. I’m now suffering from yesterday afternoon and I’ll never be back.
