Tosco's Pizzeria - Monroe

Overall, everything except the garlic knots tasted good! The pizza crust was quite thick, which I think was intended to support the cheese and chicken toppings. Speaking of toppings, they were quite generous. As for the garlic knots, they were more elongated and not very garlicky, which was unexpected; I usually prefer a stronger garlic flavor. The children's portion was also quite generous, coming with four meatballs. My companion, who is quite particular about her penne alla vodka, noted that it didn't have enough cake (a reference I didn't quite understand), but she still found it delicious. I thought it tasted good as well. The fried dough was enjoyable, albeit a bit too crispy on the outside. Overall, I'm definitely open to giving Tosco another try! One minor note: they didn’t provide a bag for the children's soda, which ended up being fine since I just wanted to drink it straight from the cup. I didn’t raise a complaint, but I hope that's not the norm for them.

Last night, I decided to order dinner and noticed their special hero, Sal's Original Stromboli, along with their cheese rolling zone. When I called to place my order, they estimated it would be ready in about 25 minutes, which was quite reasonable. I went to pick it up, and everything was prepared and waiting for me. Overall, I spent $30 for three items, which I think is a fair price, especially considering the recent price increases due to the pandemic. Once I got home and dug into my meal, I was really pleased with the quality, especially the Sal's Original Stromboli. I’ll definitely be back!

The pizza is delicious, the garlic knots are amazing, and the service is friendly. What more could you ask for?

I ordered half pepperoni, half ham XL pizza and I was not disappointed at all. It was 5s.

Out of all the places where I can order a pie, Tosco's is at the very top of my list. I've tried other options, but I always choose Tosco's.
