Taco Bell - Monroe

Normally have a great visit at this location but tonight the food just wasn't up to par or correct. Modifications were not completed as ordered and one item was inedible due to the cheese not being melted in the center of the item. However the Supreme Tacos were really great so not sure what happened with everything else. Definitely will go back despite this as they are usually perfect it was hopefully just a bad night.Dietary restrictions: The Supreme Taco in your hard shell is celiac friendly and affordable. This location is always great with how they handle make them. Love it.

We went there the other day and got shorted a taco on our party pack. We've been having to count the tacos when we get party packs to make sure we get all of them. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO.We go today and get a party pack and it's the one day we don't count. We were shorted 4 tacos this time! We called and they acknowledged and didn't even take down a name to be sure we would get them when we go back later. Not happy! Hope we get the tacos they owe us later when we go back to get them.

Waited in the drive through March 31 2024 for 45 min to a hr could hear employee yelling in the background as I was ordering my meal was 29$ yet waited a hour for it with hungry kids i prolly won’t ever go back to this location I get they only had a few employees but that’s management or corporates issue if they cannot keep up they shouldn’t of been open I had no choice but to go through the line their was someone behind me

The last time we went to Taco Bell they ran out of Meats so we couldn't even get our food and we tried to order something else that didn't involve me and we we're still turned away.

Staff is great and very kind. Super fast service and great good. Love stopping to grab food!
