5:57 clock, morning trip. great breakfast sandwich and coffee as always. very clean and great service.
This dieucks is the best. consistently good coffee drinks. also nice staff.
Always good service, this location will run out of popular items fast, and the dru-thru is long at peak times. But that's because this is a very popular location.
I would give zero stars if possible. They forget items and blame it on the Uber Eats delivery driver. The driver is handed sealed bags, there is no way they can check it, it 's not their fault. It 's Starbuck 's fault. They owe me at least $75 in missed items. An employee said I couldn 't talk to a manager, she handed the phone to another employee saying I was cursing her out. That upset me the most. I do NOT do that. That employee straight up LIED. Before the other employee hung up on me, he said I was just a crazy lady. This isn 't acceptable! I 'm more upset about that than I am the missed items. I spoke with a manager today after they messed up my order again. I told her about the incident, and I asked her what she planned to do. She said she can 't tell me because she doesn 't intend to do anything because she didn 't know which employee it was. I gave her the date and time of that incident. A manager can absolutely look up which employees were working on that day at that time. I am not a rude person, I did not, and would never use swear words to an employee like that. I 'm not crazy either, that legitimately hurt my feelings. I just wanted my order fixed and told them I was frustrated with it because this was not the first time. I spoke in a very calm tone. I am absolutely not a crazy lady . The Uber Eats drivers often complain how rude they are, and I 've heard various people complaining about this location. Same complaints, that they mess up orders, they are SLOW, and they are rude. The manager does nothing about it. The ridiculous wait times are true, if I go there in person I wait at least 20 minutes while the employees chat and laugh amongst each other, taking their time, I 've seen them with their phones out too. We are not in a big city, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The location in Chicago on Michigan Ave. had my order ready in less than 10 minutes and they are always packed! The manager straight up told me that she wasn 't going to speak to the employees. I only told her she needs to have a talk with them. I wasn 't asking much. I didn 't even ask for my money back. I 've contacted the higher ups, and am expecting a call from the district manager. I hope they do something about it. They need to fire the problematic, lying employees, and they need to send that manager to management training. Lazy, rude, liars, theifs, unprofessional. You 're better off driving further to another location, because the one on Forsythe Ave is a mess.
