Starbucks - Monroe

The man who was working today (March 23) around 12 was so so nice. He made my day and took the time to chat with me while he made my drink! 10/10 best Starbucks experience thanks to him

If your lattes are going to be x2 the price and employees unfriendly, they should at least be better than McDonalds.... ??

I went last night 1/9/21. It was 2 ladies in front of me. No barista on site, all the lights were on. It was around 8:25pm. According to website, the store closed at 9. After waiting over 5 mins, all of sudden the lights went out the barista came around the corner from the back room said she is closed because she is working alone has way too much to do! So apparently, employees can close the business whenever they want. Maybe Starbucks should hire more ppl or change the business hours. This is why I HATE the Starbucks in Monroe. I typically only use the ones in Indian trail! Indian trail is so much nicer, cleaner, customer service is way better! Do better Starbucks!

They were doing better, but they changed their hours to 8:30am-8:30pm over the holidays, and only the drive-thru is open. HUGE traffic nightmare that overflows out of the parking lot. Ridiculous!!
