I am a personal shopper and visit this location to get dry tea for one of my clients. They always have the order ready to go. And always friendly.

The staff at this restaurant is lovely, calm, and not as energetic as other tea places in the city. Many customers enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, especially in the morning. They blend their teas before serving them, which I'm not a fan of. However, they offer a wide selection of teas, and I particularly enjoy their greys, jessie’s girl, and steel magnolia.

I did not greet the girls who were working behind the counter or make eye contact with them. Since I was not acknowledged, I decided to leave. I prefer going to places where the workers are friendly and welcoming.

The staff is friendly and polite, but not as lively as other tea shops in the area. Many customers appreciate the calm atmosphere, particularly in the mornings. I personally find it a bit distracting when they mix the teas before serving. However, they offer a wide variety of teas, including Grey's, Jessie's Girl, and Steel Magnolia, which I absolutely love.
