Not Just Pie - Monroe

TWENTY-SEVEN dollar for a pie? that was my first thought on Saturday when I finally decided to buy a chicken potcake on the east beach farmer’s market. then I thought: well, I spent more for less, I'm sure it's not bad. After eating three of us for 2 nights and eating lunch for me, I only regret that I have come so often past her standing, and only now try to make a sparing cake! literally like mom would make (I mean, if your mom makes tasty potpis like mine! flakey crust (but not too flakey huge chunks of real huh, veggies and whatever tasty secret sauce was in it bind it all together! look at them next time when they are on a local market or look at their IG page to order (they also supply!) and back to the cost...if they are on average that per person per meal they are looking for less than a homemade food!

Pie was amazing and will definitely go back. not blown away from the truthahnsandwich to weizen, as it was good, but moderate. I expect more for the cost of him with Swiss cheese, guacamole, sprout and a gourmet sauce on a roasted pita or weizen. very friendly and friendly service. curb appeal could use some work as it is easy to miss, but this spot definitiw is a diamond in the rough.

Eating was really good, but the service was even better! my waitress was very friendly and very attentive. She had a smile on her face all the time. her name was sally. I will come back because the service was so amazing!

The service was great! it was my first time there, our waiter was super friendly and know about the menu. I have the club that was huge. the portions are large enough to share. my coworker and I have made themselves wiser and divided a piece of amazing strawberry cake before we are gone. this is a beautiful hidden gem in monroe. it is a favorite of natives.

Today my mother and I came in looking for some deserts for a family gathering. The owners and staff are very polite and helpful! The pies and cakes were well worth our drive from out of town. I may need to get a whole Boston Cream pie for myself. Make sure you try the chicken pot pie if they’ve got it available that day. We will definitely be back!
