Mama Deluca's Pizza - Monroe

I chose this restaurant spontaneously because we were looking for more local pizza options. However, I was not able to enjoy the pizza as it tasted like Subway. While I understand that it's a combination of a Subway and pizza place, I didn't appreciate my pizza smelling like Subway.

The pizza shop located in a subway wasn't too bad. The pizza was average, similar to what you would find at a subway sandwich shop. However, the person working at the front counter was really friendly and cool. Overall, not a bad experience.

I wanted to have some pizza at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we ran out of time. Hopefully, we can try it out next time we're in Monroe.

Definitely WON’T be eating here again. I placed an order online for $9 and when I made it I noticed it was $14 so I asked about it and they said they charge extra when u other online! Not only that but the order was never even placed so u told them that I’ll order the pizza while in there, pay for it, and get a refund for the one ordered online. The manager who was making a sub for someone else heard “refund” and immediately had an attitude, not even knowing what’s going on! Even told the cook to not make my order at all and I wouldn’t get anything. He then told her that I was paying for the pizza because clearly she didn’t know what was going on but still wanted to offer her unsolicited opinion. She was rude with a nasty attitude and I’ll be darned if I give them another penny of myMoney

I wanted to add extra black olives to my Subway sandwich order, but the person behind the counter only put 5 olives on it. When I asked for more, they said they were only allowed to put a certain amount. It's frustrating when we can't even order what we want in a supposedly free country.
