After sitting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, I leave, and the order wasn't made correctly. The wrap had no sauce missing bacon on the burger, etc.

This store is notorious for closing before the posted hours. If you're going to order any food for pick up after 9pm I'd call and make sure the employees are there. Their app will allow you to order because they're supposed to be open. They'll charge you and you'll show up and it'll be dark. This has happened 3 times now to us. Yes, I already contacted Jack customer service and opened a claim to be refunded. No, I haven't heard back. Service: Delivery

Didn't have JITB for 5 years. Fresh and hot it was still good. I really enjoyed the 15 pieces of Tacitos. It will be my way to my future visits
