Jack In The Box - Monroe

This review might not be fair. It was 12pm on Saturday night when I ordered through the drive through. It took about 20 minutes to get through the line because the service was slow. The food tasted like it was cooked with old grease and did not receive a fork to eat the cheesy chicken fries. It was heated up so much in the microwave that it burned my wife's finger when she tried to eat a fry without a fork. If you ate there earlier in the day it might have been better.

They charge 2.49 for a cup of water. The cashier didn't tell me the charge and when she asked to remove it, she left a sigh of frustration. So rude!

Tiny tacos! Always hot and crisp. I get them as a side with my combo instead of fries and eat them and save the Burger fertilizers later. Well done, Jack!

This Jack was open on Christmas day. was packed, but the service was fast and the food was good.thanks to one of the few who was open for us traveling, where hungry and not at home at Christmas!!

Fast and friendly service. Jack didn't have long in the box. Sandwiches were good. We ordered an unsweetened tea with an order, but they gave us a sweet tea. Had to go back through the drive-thru because the dining room was closed. But they swapped it. Happy with the overall experience.
