Highly recommend this IHOP location! Caitlin was our server who greeted us with a beautiful smile and explained all of our options to us. After taking our order, she proceeded to read everything back to us, making sure everything was correct. The food came out a few minutes later, exactly how we had ordered it. Caitlin then proceeded to check in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location, and our fantastic server Caitlin!

We couldn't believe how fast the food service was. Thank you because we were starving! And the food was amazing. I'm a French toast addict lol! They were amazing, and my eggs were cooked just how I like them. I wish I remembered the server's name because she was extremely kind and checked in the right amount of times; not too clingy, not too estranged. Can't wait to return!

I eat out at least once a day. I'm retired from the emergency services and it's how I treat myself. This IHOP is in a convenient location, next to TJ Maxx on Larkin Drive between Rt 17 in the Town of Woodbury (sometimes referred to as Harriman locally) and Orange County Rt 105 in Monroe. It's less than a mile from Woodbury Common factory outlets. The restaurant is very well maintained and very, very clean. The taste of the food is on point, served hot and it is delicious. The Quality of the food is tops, and it is consistently great day to day. I do breakfast here just about every day so I'm in a good position to know. The owners of this location own several other IHOP locations as well and this restaurant is very well run. The service is excellent as well. The service is excellent, the servers are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They smile at each other at work, and smile at the customers too ! It's genuine. Clearly the employees are treated well here. As a former public employee union local president that is important to me.On weekends and holidays this location is busy, due both locals and tourism. If you arrive between 9 am and 10 am, there may be a 10-to-15-minute wait, take it from me it is worth it. Of course, if you are with a large group, expect to wait a bit longer so they can accommodate you. This IHOP opens earlier than other area eateries, and I like that, too. The managers, Yoshi and LaShonda are very friendly and check on the tables frequently. No, I don't work here, nor did I ever. I'm retired from law enforcement and from EMS.Don't just come here for breakfast (which is always tasty) Lunch and Dinner options (in addition to traditional breakfast fare) are really, really good as well. I've had the grilled chicken sandwich many times. It is ALWAYS served juicy, never overcooked and seasoned to perfection. My wife likes the crispy chicken sandwich and she has high praise for that as well. A patron at a table next to me was raving about how good his burger was the other night!I've come to know many of the servers here. LaShonda, Crystal, Krystal, Tijuan, Domenica and Andrew are the servers I see most often here and are great but frankly my wife had I have never had bad service here. You cannot go wrong here. And yes they are open on Holidays such as Thanksgiving , Christmas, etc. Check their website for hours. Also they give 20% off for senior citizens on Wednesdays!Parking: Very large lot shared with a TJ Maxx store next door.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here. the servers and management are very friendly to kids.

Waitress Crystal was exceptionally wonderful. She was attentive,kind and quick.
