Chick-fil-a - Monroe

Wow, this place is always bustling, but as usual, they have everything under control. The service is very organized and efficient. Our salads were abundant and delicious.

I have chicken minis for breakfast six days a week, and it would be seven if you were open on Sundays. You could say I'm a bit of an expert on chicken minis! I try to avoid this location whenever I can, but occasionally my job requires me to eat here. Unfortunately, the Monroe, NC location NEVER adds any butter to the bread for the minis! Without the butter and with overcooked bread, it's ruining the fantastic flavor that the minis usually have! It's time to improve, Monroe!

Very busy, well staffed,organized and quick service.

I love this one because it's in the mall and I don't have to drive around the parking lot 3 times before I order. The people that work there are extremely nice and do their job very well! My son loves Chick-fil-A
