Chick-fil-a - Monroe

This is the first chic-fil-a I’ve been to where I didn’t ask myself what their secret is for providing a fantastic customer experience. As a matter of fact, I think someone forgot to share that secret with this location. The bathrooms were dirtier than the gas station restrooms we reluctantly use when absolutely necessary, and had no toilet paper. We waited 15 minutes with 3 people ahead of us to order, then just gave up on the place and left. Pretty sure chic-fil-a’s corporate office would be m … – show

Love Chick-fil-A! I do want to say with sadness that this store let me down. I said thank you to 3 different people and NOBODY said my pleasure. Most Chick-fil-A have this down as many times as you say thank you they will say my pleasure.

My kids are always begging for the nuggets from here.

Good food, great customer service, moderately priced.

If only every restaurant could hold their standards as high as Chick-fil-a
