Applebee's Grill - Monroe

Large waiter; when we left the woman, we called him with the first name (michael). there were about 15 people in our group and we were all well served. we ordered a lot to eat and box before we even asked. great place to lunch and enjoy a good evening meal.

Great visit! I had the sirloin with garlic of kartoffels and brokkoli. the first bite I took was brokkoli; and I thought immediately: “Perfect! Simply perfect!” great cooking job, and great service by ricky also. $16.76 for steak and two sides and control. Very nice!

We did the 2 for $29 combo that came with an appetizer. there might have been a handful of customers at this time. someone brought out our meals and then ran away before I could mention that we haven't received our appetizers yet. I was just finished with my teller when the waitress finally came by and I let her know about the appetizer. she forgot to put it in. Normally, it wouldn't matter to me because such things happen sometimes. but she just acted as if it was normal. She didn't apologize or something, and it was brought out when we were done. If it weren't, I would have given them five. the staff was incredibly nice and the food was great. I got the grilled chicken and garnel in a garlic butter sauce with kartoffels kartoffels and my daughter got the freche penne pasta with grilled chicken (I forget the actual name).

I am a sticker for a fast and hospitable service. my coworkers and I were a little disturbed by the sensuality to welcome and serve us when we watched four workers who laugh from a table on their handys for 30 minutes. at this point we were ready to go, but the bartender stepped up and apologized. nora took it on himself to make sure that we are well-equipped. I'm almost sure they and the cook were the only ones who actually work in this night. If I could talk to the manager, I would insist that they give nora an increase because they began what was a terrible experience to a pleasant one. I would also say that it is probably time to look for better help. hopefully this was a one-time situation and not the normal service a customer receives. overall eating was good and nora 's service was excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to sit on the bar when nora works.

Applebee’s is one of my favorite restaurants, I’ve personally never experienced bad customer service there. I’ve eaten there many time at various times of the day and I’ve mostly experienced longer wait times during a shift change which is understandable but they do a pretty decent job during shift change. If you are looking for a great place to eat put Applebee’s in your top 5.
