Amazing pasta with an even better view on the city. No english menu and no english speaking waiters (which is really common in Sicily), but the hospitality and the food compensated for it.

Hidden gem in the wonderful Monreale with a great service and warm welcoming. Classic dishes from Sicilian cuisine with a twist, we came once for an “aperitivo” (rich and generous) and another time for dinner where chef Gessica delighted us with some outstanding pasta

We aimed to find a small and typical restaurant a bit outside the tourist traffic. We found in Fuori Orario. The manager is gentle and the open kitchen gives u the sense of clean. Suggest u the Caprese: excellent tomato and mozzarella.
