Raglan Garden Centre - Monmouthshire

I went to this restaurant last night and was excited to try their Sunday dinner special. However, I was disappointed to find out that they had already run out of dinner items before half of the dinner service was over. We ended up waiting for a whole hour just to be served a soup and a sandwich. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

I had the best dessert of my life today at Sugar Hat restaurant. And let me tell you, I've eaten a lot of cake in my time lol!

The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning. We had afternoon tea, which included a variety of options such as prosecco, coffee, tea, soft drinks, different sandwiches, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, crisps, and a great selection of cakes. It was a paradise for those with a sweet tooth. They also offer warm and cold take-home options for all their dishes and provide venue hire that is ideal for all visitors.

We visited today with my family for the first time in a few years eating was nice and the staff did an amazing work, which meant that they were so busy and it seemed to work under difficult circumstances, to be short workers yes, they could. have taken the simple option and closed, but it remained open, the staff at the front did an amazing work, they should be proud, it was nice to see old members of the staff again give the old raglan welcome

Just felt it necessary to post on behalf of my parents who visited today. They've been regular customers for a long time, always popping in for a cup of tea or food when they've finished in the garden centre. Mum said the food today was...lovely and the staff were doing an outstanding job under challenging circumstances. Yes, they could have taken the easy option and closed in the circumstances but they didn't want to let their customers down so opted to do the best they could. Mum and Dad thoroughly enjoyed their food and we all think that people should be a little more patient and understanding rather than living this me me me' attitude. After all, what is a little delay in the grand scheme of things. They will definitely be remaining loyal customers.
