Dunkin' - Monmouth Junction

Avoid this place at all costs! The staff member named Burhan is incredibly rude and really bad at his job. He even added salt to my caramel iced coffee!

I couldn't believe it and responded, "Are you serious? This is why I use mobile pick-up!" At that point, he tried to justify the delay, but all I wanted was for him to prepare my drink. I was frustrated; why wasn't the other employee making my order? My receipt was printed, yet my drink hadn’t been made. I ended up expressing my frustration with him, as I found his behavior to be exceptionally rude, unhelpful, and inconsiderate towards a customer with a pick-up order. I will never return to this location again.

This is the worst DD in South Brunswick. They can't seem to make a coffee right, ever! When you have to send the same $4 drink back twice because it was made incorrectly, you know they probably spit in it so you spill it out anyway. Save yourself theaggravation and go to the DD on Georges Rd. They know how to make a coffee, unlike this apathetic place.

Used to come here a while back because it?s right next to my house, garbage. Came again one night, amazing omg super sweet barista with the bluest eyes ever. Other one gave me my keys. Couple days later, garbage, in the morning. This place will notchange. Started working at Dunkin during my hiatus in coming here, when I came back, I realized they do so much stuff wrong. Iblame the manager. Undercooked bacon, soggy sandwiches. Shuttle liners have probably not been changed ever. I wish I could ofgone back there because lord safety violations. This franchise needs to be investigated

At Dunkin', both the manager and staff are fantastic! I've seen some negative reviews, but I think they're exaggerated. The team is really friendly and does their best to get orders out on time. If you have doubts, I encourage you to visit and see for yourself!
