Casey's - Monmouth

This store put red sauce on a pizza while a family member of mine was allergic to sauce. When we called the workers gave us snotty responses to our situation and started saying nasty words to us when asked for a refund.

I had an extremely poor experience with this Casey 's. We had ordered a pizza for someone with an allergy. We had ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza. This pizza does not have red sauce listed in the ingredients. When we got the pizza, for some reason, there was red sauce on it. When we called for a resolution for our problem the workers were extremely rude to us. They said that since we selected no ranch that means they assumed we wanted to red sauce on the pizza. Luckily I noticed the sause was on the pizza before I ate any. They refused to give us a refund. When I finally convinced them to give a refund they made me bring the pizza back in, which means they are just going to throw it away instead of letting any of my other family members eat it.

Ordered an hour later no pizza ...called and they said I never ordered it ...then who did I give my card info to???

I had the worst pizza ever , burnt and very little toppings

Ordered breakfast pizza for dinner. Wast ready when got there was told another 10 minutes as they were about to put it in over. Was on time crunch and couldn't wait any longer. Was told couldn't give me a refund. So not only do I not have any dinner but I'm out my money!
