Nautec Bar Ristorante - MONFALCONE

Going with some friends who had their motorboat in that marina, we sat down and ordered some sea-food dishes, such as mussel soup (very fresh mollusc), marinated anchovies dish (really excellent) and a dish with sea-food selection. We asked twice for a bottle of water and for a second pitcher of wine despite the restaurant was not crowdy at all, being around 14:00 but the waitress seemed a bit stressed and reluctant to fulfill her duty. Anyway the location was nice and tidy. if we will be in the area, we will try again.

What a peaceful location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The restaurant overlooks a marina and also has outside seating by the pool. I would highly recommend the 'Capo in b ', Trieste 's very own Cappuccino, a taste of which you will only ever find in this particular restaurant. The staff also speak good English which helped as I couldn 't speak a word of Italian.

The food is just so delicious, very honest price. You have a variety of fish and meat dishes, deserts are just too good. It is in a marina by the canal, I prefer eating outside as the view is just so beautiful. I would definately return, no doubt!!!Highly recommended.
